Miss Cara Tynan

bhps Assistant Principal, Instructional Leader

Favourite thing about Blue Haven Public School: all of the awesome activities the students get to participate in at recess and lunch. Why did you become a teacher: to help put smiles on children’s faces and give them the best possible start to their education so they can grow up to be whatever they want to be.

Mrs Laura Debnam

bhps Assistant Principal, Teacher - Stage 1

Favourite thing about Blue Haven Public School: the students – Our children are so amazing, and they bring laughter and smiles to our faces everyday! Why did you become a teacher: two teachers named Mrs Hayes and Mr Bush changed my life trajectory in Primary School, it was then I realised how powerful education can be. I have always wanted to be a part of that journey and appreciate that I absolutely love my job!

Mrs Karen Craig

Mrs Caroline Clarke

bhps Assistant Principal, Teacher - Stage 3

Favourite thing about Blue Haven Public School: I love Blue Haven Public School because of the fantastic staff, students and community – coming to work everyday doesn’t feel like work. I enjoy getting to know a different group of students every year. We spend so much time together laughing and enjoying learning. Why did you become a teacher: I became a teacher because I wanted to help children believe in themselves, set goals and reach those goals. I believe with hard work and someone in their corner at school who they can trust and feel safe with, they will achieve!
